Proceedings volume is an extremely useful collection
of papers that will serve as an important reference
work for many years to come. Inclusion of the
volume in the conference full registration represents
a significant value relative to the cost of the
volume if purchased separately.

Proceedings will be available approximately
one year after the conference, either distributed
at the subsequent CAA conference or sent by mail.
These proceedings are peer reviewed.
