There are No Refunds
on payments made for sponsorship items which include
the following:
- Program
Advertisements
- Exhibit
Space
- All
General Sponsorship categories
- All
Refreshment/Reception categories
- All
Product & Service Categories
- All
Attendance Fellowship categories.
Attendee
Registration
Yes, Refunds
Are Available for conference attendees.
However, you must send us a written (by post or
e-mail) Registration Payment Refund Request before
the deadlines listed below. The amount you are
reimbursed will depend on the date that we receive
the request. Requests sent to us via postal carrier
should be postmarked before the deadline in order
to receive that deadline's refund amount and be
addressed to:
